NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF DAVID BOOTH
PLEASE TAKE NOTTCE that pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30, Defendant Great
Lakes Chemical Cozporation ("Great Lakes") will take the deposition upon oral
examination of David Booth. The deposition will take place beginning at 9:00 am.
January 25, 2007 at the offices of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, 77 West Wacker Drive, Suite
2500, Chicago, Illinois 6060} , or at some other mutually agreeable time and place. The
deposition wiil be taken beiiore an ofhcer authorized to adrninister oaths by the laws of
the United States and will be recorded by stenographic and/or videographic means. The
deposition will be limited to one (l) day of seven (7) hours of examination, pursuant to
Fed. R. Civ. 9. 30(d)(2), unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties or ordered by
the Court. You are invited to attend.
