JOINT STATUS REPORT

Pursuant to the Court's November 2, 2006 Order, Plaintiffs Bank One, Colorado, N.A. and Bank One Trust Company, N.A. (collectively, "Plaintiffs"), and Defendants C.V.Y. Corporation, d/b/a Your Valet Cleaners, and Johnny on the Spot, Inc. (collectively, "Defendants"), respectfully submit this Joint Status Report. 1. In accordance with the Court's orders, Plaintiffs, Defendants, and Defendants'

insurer have been engaged in active and ongoing mediation of this case. 2. The parties are continuing with the mediation process, which has turned out to be

unusually complex in part because it involves multiple participants, some of whom are parties to this case and some of whom are not. 3. The mediation is not yet complete, but the parties believe that a negotiated

settlement to resolve this case remains a possibility. The parties are contemplating another mediation session in early February, which is the earliest date that all of the participants can attend. 4. Therefore, unless otherwise directed by the Court, if the case has not been

resolved, the parties will file another status report with the Court, informing it of the status or completion of the mediation, on or before February 28, 2007.
