ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs'Second Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Pending Motions (#446). Having considered the same, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion (#446) is GRANTED. The Plaintiffs shall have until September 29, 2006 to respond to the Defendants' pending motions. No further extensions of time will be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall jointly contact the Court on October 10, 2006 to obtain a trial date for a 3-week trial.
