This matter having come before the Court on the Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time, and the Court being duly advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS the extension of time in which Plaintiffs' must respond to Defendants Motion for Leave to Assert Counterclaims for CERCLA 42 U.S.C. § 9613 Contribution Against Plaintiffs until August 18, 2006, and GRANTS the extension of time in which Plaintiffs must respond to Defendants Motion for Reconsideration of the Court's Order Granting the Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment on Counterclaims Asserted by Defendant C.V.Y.
