JOINT STATUS REPORT

Plaintiffs Bank One, Colorado, N.A. and Bank One Trust Company, N.A. (collectively, "Plaintiffs"), and Defendants C.V.Y. Corporation, d/b/a Your Valet Cleaners, and Johnny on the Spot, Inc. (collectively, "Defendants"), respectfully submit this Joint Status Report. 1. In accordance with the Court's orders, Plaintiffs, Defendants, and Defendants'

insurer have been engaged in active and ongoing mediation of this case. 2. On February 8, the parties held a full-day mediation session in Denver.

Significant progress toward a settlement of this case was made. 3. The parties are continuing with the mediation process, with the involvement of the

mediator. Resolution of this case has turned out to be unusually complex in part because it involves multiple participants, some of whom are parties to this case and some of whom are not, and in part because there is a collateral state court proceeding involving related facts and the same Defendants. The parties are optimistic that a negotiated settlement to resolve this case will be achieved. 4. Therefore, unless otherwise directed by the Court, the parties will file another

status report with the Court, informing it that the case has settled or that the mediation was concluded unsuccessfully, on or before March 21, 2007.
