Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, the court vacates the deadlines set forth in its October 17, 2006 order. Plaintiff shall complete the depositions of Joseph F. Thomas, Henry A. Edwardo, Michelle R. Hutfles, Michael S. DiStefano, and Ronald J. Dunnington no later than Wednesday, January 31, 2007. Plaintiff shall then file a response to defendant's renewed motion for summary judgment no later than Friday, March 2, 2007. Plaintiff's Motion to Re-Open Discovery and Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to "Renewed" Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on September 27, 2006, is DENIED AS MOOT. IT IS SO ORDERED.
