* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** * * * * ________________________________ ORDER ________________________________ On June 29, 2007, as directed by this Court, Defendant filed a status report regarding its renewed search for documents referenced during trial which had not been located during the discovery period, including "SARC committee" minutes and documents related to the Attorney General's exemption. On July 2, 2007, the Court directed Defendant to file and serve declarations from those conducting the search describing their search efforts and results as well as any responsive documents no later than July 27, 2007. In light of PX 95, which describes an October 10, 1995 meeting at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) headquarters regarding the kidnapping of the Princess, Defendant shall likewise search FBI files for all documents referenced during trial which had not been located during the discovery period.
