During a status conference with the parties on May 15, 2007, the Plaintiff requested authorization of service of subpoenas beyond the geographical limit set forth in RCFC 45(b)(2). Plaintiff seeks authorization to issue subpoenas to Messrs. Nevis, Tittterington, Salvemini and Constantine to travel more than 100 miles to testify at the trial in West Palm Beach, Florida, and/or Washington, D.C. in this matter.
