* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** * * * * ________________________________________________ ORDER SCHEDULING TRIAL _________________________________________________ Trial will be conducted on Monday through Wednesday, June 11-13, 2007, at the Paul G. Rogers Federal Building, 701 Clematis Street, 4th Floor, Courtroom 1, West Palm Beach, Florida. Trial will continue on Monday through Wednesday, June 18-20, 2007, at the Howard T. Markey National Courts Building, 717 Madison Place, N.W., Washington, D.C. Trial will begin at 9:30 a.m. EST on each day, and conclude at 5:30 p.m. unless the Court otherwise orders. During each day of trial, the Court anticipates taking a 15-minute mid-morning recess, a one-hour luncheon recess and one 15-minute mid-afternoon recess. Subject to the availability of the courtroom, the court is willing to sit late to accommodate the schedule of witnesses and counsel. If any attorney or member of the trial teams needs to bring a laptop, cell phone, beeper, camera, video or audio recording equipment, or any electronic equipment of any kind to the Paul G. Rogers Federal Building, notification needs to be sent to Catherine Wade-Babyak, Deputy Clerk, U.S. District Court, Clerk's Office, 301 North Miami Ave., Suite 321, Miami, Florida 33128, no later than June 4, 2007. Please ensure this notice contains the name of the individual(s) and the type of equipment they will be bringing. If the U.S. Marshals Service does not receive this information, counsel and their assistants will not be permitted to bring in electronic equipment of any kind. All persons entering the facility will need to show a picture identification, sign in at the entrance, place all items through the X-ray machine, and be screened by the U.S. Marshals Service via magnetometer and/or a wand.
