* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ** * * * * ________________________________ ORDER ________________________________ On June 29, 2007, as directed by this Court, Defendant filed a status report regarding its renewed search for documents referenced during trial which had not been located during the discovery period, including "SARC committee" minutes and documents related to the Attorney General's exemption. Defendant has reported that this Court-ordered comprehensive search will take approximately four weeks. Accordingly, Defendant shall file and serve declarations from those conducting the search describing their search efforts and results as well as any responsive documents no later than July 27, 2007. During the trial in this action, the Court directed Defendant to search for and produce Attachment 8 to Plaintiff's Exhibit 94, a letter dated September 24, 1994, from SAC Cash to the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Kendall Coffey. Defendant filed this letter as an attachment to its June 29, 2007 status report. This letter is admitted into evidence as Plaintiff's Exhibit 94A for completeness. Depending upon the results of Defendant's renewed search, Plaintiff may seek to supplement the record with responsive documents and testimony limited to such documents, including Plaintiff's Exhibit 94A. The Court will conduct a telephonic status conference on August 1, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. s/Mary Ellen Coster Williams MARY ELLEN COSTER WILLIAMS Judge
