JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's September 21, 2006 order, the parties respectfully submit this joint status report concerning the status of their efforts to select representative plaintiffs. The parties have agreed to use Boston as a medium sized facility and jointly designate Craig Galluzzo (GS-12) and William Sullivan (GS-11) as representative plaintiffs. In their status report filed on August 7, 2006, the parties previously designated El Paso as the large facility and jointly designated Teresa Barraza (GS-11), Estevan Lopez (GS-11), Guillermo Collazo (GS-11), Thomas Deason (GS-12), and Miguel Vasquez (GS-12) as representative plaintiffs. In that status report, the parties also stated that they had agreed to use Las Vegas as a small facility and jointly designated Michael Webb (GS-12) as a representative plaintiff. Accordingly, the parties have completed their selection of representative plaintiffs.
