JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's April 6, 2006 order, the parties respectfully submit this joint status report concerning the status of their efforts to select representative plaintiffs. The parties have exchanged proposals but have not yet reached an agreement. The parties are attempting to determine if one (or a small number) of the more than 50 work locations involved in this law suit can be selected as a representative facility or facilities. Each party has required a period of time to formulate its own proposal and then to investigate the other parties' proposal. Counsel for the parties are meeting in the office of defendant's counsel for depositions on May 24-25, 2006. The parties hope to make further progress on this issue at that time. The parties, therefore, request that the Court order the parties to file a joint status report on June 9, 2006, advising the Court of the status of this issue.
