JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to the Court's June 9, 2006 order, the parties respectfully submit this joint status report concerning the status of their efforts to select representative plaintiffs. The parties are attempting to determine which of the more than 50 work locations involved in this law suit can be selected as representative facilities. As stated in the parties' previous progress reports, counsel for the parties met as scheduled in the office of defendant's counsel on May 24, 2006 and discussed at length various locations and approaches for selecting representative locations. The parties are attempting to select locations which will provide the Court with a representative group of plaintiffs which accurately represents the types of facilities at which the plaintiffs work, as well as the various sizes of the facilities, in terms of number of employees. As a result of the meeting, the parties tentatively selected several locations. However, the tentative selection was subject to further investigation and discussion with our respective clients. At this time, plaintiffs' counsel requires further time to conduct its investigation. The

parties, therefore, request that the Court order the parties to file a joint status report on July 21, 2006, advising the Court of the status of this issue. Respectfully submitted,
