ORDER

The Court has received the parties' Joint Status Report, filed June 30, 2006. The Court hereby ORDERS that the parties file, no later than August 7, 2006, a Joint Status Report that contains the following: A. B. A final list of representative facilities and plaintiffs, OR In the event that a final list of representative facilities and plaintiffs has not been completed: 1. 2. A list of representative facilities and plaintiffs that have so far been selected; An explanation, with particularity, of the steps that counsel have taken to identify them; An explanation, with particularity, of the reasons why a final list of representative facilities and/or plaintiffs has not been completed, including any obstacles that are causing delays in completing the list, and

A detailed strategy explaining, with particularity, how the parties plan to complete the list of representative plaintiffs, including how they plan to overcome any obstacles to completion that are identified.

The Court reminds the parties that it is not inclined to extend the time period for fact discovery if it concludes that certain parties are conducting discovery in a dilatory manner.
