14 Defendant appeared before this Court on a Petition for Revocation of Supervised
~ 15 Release. The Court considered the Petition and tile in determining whether defendant
l 16 should be released on conditions set by the Court.
17 The Court finds that defendant, having previously been convicted and placed on
18 supervised release, and having appeared before the Court in connection with a petition to
19 revoke his supen/ised release, has failed to establish by clear and convincing evidence that
20 he is not likely to flee or pose a danger to the safety of the community if released pursuant _
21 to 18 U.S.C. §3142(b) or (c).
22 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendant be detained pending further
