The Court is in receipt of Defendant Elio Volpentesta's Motion for Release of
Defendanfs Passport. Pursuant to defendant being released from probation and the
proceedings in the case having been terminated, and Government having no objection,
IT IS ORDERED granting the motion for release of defendant's passport.
For return of the passport, the defendant must appear in person and present
appropriate identification at the Clerk's Office, Sandra Day O'Connor United States Federal
Courthouse located at 401 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona.
Upon return of the passport, the Office of Passport Policy and Advisory Services in
Washington, D.C. shall be notified that said passport has been retumed to the defendant and
all restrictions lifted.
