George Gonzalez and Lorena Guzman (The "Gonzalezes"), and John and Claudette Brimhall (the "Brimhalls"), by and through their respective counsel, do hereby stipulate and agree to dismiss with prejudice all causes of action asserted against each other in the above-captioned litigation in the United States District, for the District of Arizona, including but not limited to the Gonzalezes' claims against the Brimhalls in their Complaint CIV 02 2036, consolidated with CIV 02 2048, and the Brimhalls' claims against the Gonzalezes in their Counterclaim in CIV 02 2036, consolidate with CIV 02 2048. Pursuant to this Stipulation, each party will bear their own costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees incurred with regard to those particular claims dismissed pursuant hereto.
