The undersigned parties, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby jointly stipulate to dismiss all claims and counterclaims now pending in this action between Erchonia Medical Inc. ("Erchonia") and Kevin Tucek, on the one hand, and George Gonzalez and Lorena Guzman, on the other hand, with prejudice, each side to bear their own costs and attorneys' fees. Nothing in this stipulation shall be construed to dismiss or limit any claims Erchonia, Tucek, Gonzalez or Guzman may have against any other party in this action.
