possible. Defense counsel have numerous trials set at different times over the next several months. We presume that plaintiffs' counsel, as busy attorneys, have similar schedules. Having a conference among the court and all counsel to discuss trial scheduling and the probable length of the trial of the subject lawsuit, should assist the court and counsel in moving this matter forward.
