The Appeal has been docketed as 07-15268. On March 16, 2007, Defendant filed a Memorandum (Dkt. 207) in support of its Motion for Attorneys' fees of $4,814.37 in recovering the Judgment of $955.00. (Dkt. 200). On March 27, 2007, Plaintiff filed a Response (Dkt. 208) opposing Defendant's Motion for Attorney's fees, together with a Statement of Consultation. On April 4, 2007, Defendant filed a Reply (Dkt. 210) in support of its Motion for Attorneys' Fees.
