13 The record is, of course, extensive. There are a
14 number of exhibits that have invoived —— that have been
15 submitted. The witnesses have testified, and their testimony ioazes
16 and the relationship to exhibits need to be addressed.
17 1 will order that each party file proposed findings
18 of fact and conclusions ef law and reference transcript pages
19 and exhibit numbers for those findings-
20 And that the findings are to be filed with the Court iuaamg

2 with respect to the cost of the transcript, it's
3 ordered that it be prepared by the court —— by the court
4 reporter, with a statement regarding the cost of the

6 I've no idea how long that might be. My ordinary
7 procedure, Mr. Halloum, Mr. Moberly, is to order that each
8 party share a half of the cost of the transcript, with the l
9 fuil cost to be —— the party responsible for that to be
10 determined at the time that a judgment is entered by the iuosev
11 Court-
12 Do you understand that, Mr. Hailoum?
13 MR. HALLOUM: Yes.
14 THE COURT: And I have no idea about the cost of the

16 Eyeballing it, Candy, any round figures?
17 I wouldn‘t know. But it will be a substantial
1B figure, certainiy in the four Eigure range, in a significant
19 amount. But it's going to be necessary for me to have it in
20 order to review it, my staff to review it. iuoams
21 And I —— and to that end as well, I'm going to —— I
22 said August the 7th. I will order that it be »— that the
23 objections —— or pardon me, the proposed findings of fact and
24 conclusions of law by each side be filed by July the 17th.
