ORDER REGARDING COURTORDERED SETTLEMENT/MEDIATION

Plaintiffs have filed a motion for a court-ordered settlement conference/mediation (Docs. ## 224 and 226). Defendants have responded that they do not object to continuing with a previously started mediation. The Court will not order the parties to participate in a settlement conference or a mediation. If the parties agree, they may proceed with any settlement conference or mediation of their choosing. However, due to the age of this case, the parties will NOT receive any extensions of the deadlines set forth in the Order Setting Final Pretrial Conference (Doc. #222).
