PLAINTIFF'S THIRTEENTH STATUS REPORT

Pursuant to this Court's Order of January 24, 2008, Plaintiff, Northern Wisconsin Produce Company, Inc. ("Northern Wisconsin"), herewith submits its status report on the above-captioned matter. On February 20, 2008, Magistrate Judge Edward Voss conducted a settlement conference attended by Defendant Steven Delaportas ("Delaportas"), the undersigned and Northern Wisconsin's representative, Mark Lindemann. This matter did not settle at the settlement conference. Since the last report to this Court, Northern Wisconsin filed its motion to strike Ionian Foods LLC's ("Ionian") answer to Northern Wisconsin's complaint and enter default against

Ionian. Delaportas answered Northern Wisconsin's motion. Northern Wisconsin's reply was filed last week. Based on the foregoing, Northern Wisconsin requests that this Court enter its order granting Northern Wisconsin's motion to strike Ionian's answer and enter default against Ionian and requests that this Court set a status hearing at which time a new scheduling order should be discussed and put into place relative to Northern Wisconsin's claims against the remaining defendants.
