18 Pursuant to this Court’s Order of December 6, 2005, Plaintiff, Northern Wisconsin _
19 Produce Company, Inc. ("Northern Wisconsin"), herewith submits its report regarding the
20 status of this civil litigation. This action has been held in abeyance pending resolution of a
21 criminal action commenced bythe United States against Steven Deiaportas in the United States
22 District Court for the District of Arizona at Case No. 05-CR-1 ALL. When Northern - _
23 Wisconsin East reported to this Court, it was understood that the criminal trial was set to begin
24 on March 7, 2006. That trial date was again pushed back, this time to commence on May 2,
25 2006.

1 Based on the foregoing, Northern Wisconsin requests that this Court direct Northern
2 Wisconsin to file yet another status report on or before May 31, 2006.
