following status report on the pending criminal federal matter affecting Defendant(s) in
this case. The Federal Matter was set for trial; and adjourned at the parties request to
November 1, 2005. Presently, the Federal Government has discussed another brief
adjournment of the Federal Matter at its request. No order adjourning the November 1,
2005 trial date has been entered. It is anticipated that the November 1, 2005 trial date
may be adjourned from 30-120 days at the Governmenfs request:
