The order observed that the default of defendant Joanne Delaportas, a/k/a Joanne Guggino, had been entered previously (Docket No. 56); the order should also have referenced the entry of default of the corporate defendant, Ionian Foods, LLC (Docket No. 132). pursuant to stipulation, Further, the court notes that, Vasilas were dismissed on
