24 Testimony by Plaintiff Dr. Alozie and the Introduction of any Other Evidence
25 Regarding- Certain Alleged Categories of Compensatory Damages (the "Motion")
26 that was timely filed on July 18, 2005. In the Motion, certain pages of Dr. AIozie’s
deposition transcript were cited and were to be included In Exhibit B to the Motion.
