1 Default having been entered against Cross—Defendant Hollander Distribution
2 Systems, Inc. ("Hollander") on its claim against Cross-Claimant Alta Health & Life
3 Insurance Company ("Alta") and Alta having filed a proper Motion for Default Judgment
4 under Rule 55(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, IT IS ORDERED entering
5 Judgment in favor of Alta against Hollander on Hollander’s Cross-Claim against Alta.
6 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED entering Judgment against Hollander in favor of
7 Alta on Alta’s Cross-Claim against Hollander in the amount of $25,000 and an additional
8 $51,000 in reasonable attorneys’ fees.
9 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to Rule 54(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil
10 Procedure, that there is no just reason for delay for the entry of this Final Judgment in
1] favor of Alta against Hollander.
