I This matter having been tried to a jury, the jury having returned its verdicts in the amount
2 of $300,000.00 for Plaintiff Hancock, $80,000.00 for Plaintiff Aguirre, and $3,100.00 for
p 3 I Plaintiff Espinoza on February 4, 2005 ; this Court having entered a Judgment on April 18, 2005,
I 4 stating that Pla1nt1ffMart1na J. Hancock have Judgment against Defendant Spectrum Sciences &
2 Software, Inc. inthe amount of $100,000.00; that Plaintiff Lisa K., Aguirre have Judgment
7 against Defendant Spectrum Sciences & Software, Inc., in the amount of $80,000.00; that
g Plaintiff Natalie A. Espinoza have Judgment against Defendant Spectrum Sciences & Software,
9 l Inc., in the amount of $3,100.00, plus interest at a rate of ten percent per armum from February 4,
10 i 2005, until paid; and this Court having considered Plaintiffs’ Motion for Attorneys Fees,
11 Memorandum in Support, Statement of Taxable Costs and the Affidavit of Jess A Lorena in
12 y support thereof as well as the Defendanfs responses and any reply;
E IT IS HEREBY ORDERED entering Judgment in favor of Plaintiffs Aguirre, Espinoza
15 3 and Hancock against Defendant Spectrum Sciences & Software, Inc. in the amount of
16 $ 6, 35 I- /57 for Plaintiffs to recover their taxable costs from Defendant Spectrum Sciences
17 I and Software, Inc.
18 l IT IS FURTHER ORDERED entering Judgment in favor of Plaintiffs Aguirre,
19 I Espinoza and Hancock and against Defendant Spectrum Sciences & Software, Inc. in the amount
20 of $ 76;; ZSIS- JO for Plaintiffs’ reasonable attomeys’ fees incurred in this action;
2 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that there is no just reason for delay in the entry of this
