Notice is hereby given that plaintiffs-counterdefendants Eberle Design, Inc. and Electronic Devices, Inc. cross-appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Judgment on Jury Verdict dated October 31, 2005 and filed on November 1, 2005 to the extent that the Judgment orders and adjudges that plaintiffscounterdefendants failed to prove that any of the claims of United States Patent No. 6,087,964 are invalid for anticipation or obviousness. Plaintiffs-counterdefendants further cross-appeal from the January 16, 2006 Order denying their motion for a conditional new trial on anticipation and obviousness issues. This cross-appeal includes all related orders of the District Court.
