23 Judgment Debtor Janet Rose Roth, (hereinafter "Judg1nent
Debtor") for monies which are not earnings.

25 Judgment Debtor.

4 proprietary interest in the corporation.

6 3. The outstanding balance due on the Judgment against Janet Rose Roth as of
7 this date is for defendants’ attorneys’ fees in the amount $47,322.60 plus accrued and
8 accruing interest thereon at the rate of 10% per annum from July 15, 2005 until paid in
full. I
