19 through undersigned counsel, answers the Writ of Garnishment
20 served on January 9, 2006, as follows:
21 1. Garnishee states that at the time of service of the
22 Writ, there stood upon its books the following aocount(s):

24 Janet R. Roth $346.23
25 2. Garnishee is holding the amount of $196.23 subject
26 to the Orders of the Court. This amount is the remaining
27 balance after applying the Judgment Debtor’s statutory
28 exemption of $150.00, pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-1126.

1 3. Garnishee further states that, except as stated
2 above, at the time of service of said writ in Maricopa County,
3 (E) it was not indebted to Judgment Debtor in any amount; {ii)
4 it did not have any personal property of Judgment Debtor in its
5 possession; {iii) it does not know of any person(s) who are
6 indebted or have personal property belonging to Judgment
7 Debtor; and (iv) that Judgment Debtor does not own any shares
8 of the capital stock of the Garnishee ora have any· other
9 interest in Garnishee.
