23 Judgment Debtor Janet Rose Roth, (hereinafter "Judgment
Debtor") for monies which are not earnings.

/ xx/ 2b. The Garnishee is holding nonexempt monies on behalf of the
25 Judgment Debtor.

property belonging to the Judgment Debtor, or the Judgment

4 proprietary interest in the corporation.

6 3. The outstanding balance due on the Judgment against Janet Rose Roth as of
7 this date is for defendants’ attorneys’ fees in the amount $47,322.60 plus accrued and A
8 accruing interest thereon at the rate of 10% per annum from July 15, 2005 until paid in
full.
