Plaintiff s Answer to Writ of Gamishment assessed against wages at US Airways, Inc.,
America West Airlines.
Plaintiff has advised the Defendantfludgment Creditors, once before that the Order from
the United States Court of Appeals for the 9°’ District genied AgpeIlees’ ggquest for att_qrneg’
fees. See Rule 39 ofthe Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure provides that costs shall be
taxed against the appellant if a judgment is affirmed "unless the law provides or the court
orders otherwise."
Plaintiffs EXHIBIT A, (United States Court Appeals For The 9* District) “We deny
Appellees’ request for attorney’s fees...” Therefore, Plaintiff demands dismissal of
any payroll funds being garnished against her current wages from US Airways/America West
Airlines. Plaintiff is already scheduled for a Hearing on 6Marcl106 to have the garnishment
dismissed Bank One/Chase and Bank of America of fraudulently taking fund that do n0t belong
to the Defendant/Hudgrnent Creditor and Garnishee.
Plaintiff also demands that the United States Court of Appeals For the 9°' District affix
heavy sanctions on all attomey/law firms involved in this fraudulent taking of funds under Writ

of Garnishment. Plaintiff also request United States Court of Appeals For The 9"’ District order
all courts and legal firms involved to clear the court record as well as all other legalfprofessional
l credit bureau notations of all judgments/garnishments against Plaintiff and all banks involved.
