20 “Garnishee”), by and through undersigned counsel, answers the
21 Writ of Oarnishment served on January 9, 2006, as follows:
22 1. Garnishee states that at the time of service of the
23 Writ, there stood upon its hooks the following aooount(s):

26 2. Garnishee is holding the amount of $955.76 subject
27 to the Orders of the Court. This amount is the remaining
28 balance after applying the Judgment Debtor's statutory

1 exemption of $150.00, pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-1126.
2 3. Garnishee further states that, except as stated
3 above, at the time of service of the Writ in Maricopa County
4 (E) it was not indebted to Judgment Debtor in any amount; (ii)
5 it did not have any personal property of Judgment Debtor in its
6 possession; (iii) it does not know of any person(s) who are
7 indebted. or have personal property‘ belonging to Judgment
8 Debtor; and (iv) that Judgment Debtor does not own any shares
9 of the capital stock. of the Garnishee orc have any* other
EO interest in Garnishee.
