Plaintif'f' has advised the Defendant!Judgment Creditors, once before that the Order from
the United States Court of Appeals for the 9* District denied Apg@’ gpest for a§p ’

taxed against the appellant if a judgment is affirmed "unless the law provides or the court
orders otherwise." 1

Appellees’ request for attorney’s fees. . .” Therefore, Plaintiff demands dismissal of
any payroll funds being garnished against her current wages from US Airways/America West
Airlines. Plaintiff is already scheduled for a Hearing on 6March06 to have the garnishment
dismissed Bank OnefChase and Bank of America of fraudulently taking fund that do not belong
to the Defendant//Judgment Creditor and Garnishee.
Plaintiff also demands that the United States Court of Appeals For the 9°' District affix
heavy sanctions on all attorney/law firms involved in this fraudulent taking of funds under Writ

[ of Garnishment. Plaintiff also request United States Court of Appeals For The 9°’ District order
all courts and legal fmns involved to clear the court record as well as all other legalfprofessional
credit bureau notations of all judgments/gamishments against Plaintiff and all banks involved.
