14 On October 21, 2005, this Court issued its Amended Scheduling Order, setting forth
I I5 deadlines resulting from the Rule 16 Scheduling Conference on October 19, 2005. Pursuant to
16 the Amended Scheduling Order, the deadline for completion of discovery and the deadline for
17 Plaintiff to tile a dispositive motion is March 31, 2006. To facilitate settlement discussions,
18 the parties hereby stipulate to extend the deadline for the completion of discovery and the p
19 deadline for Plaintiff to file a dispositive motion to May 19, 2006.
