I have received your inmate letter dated June 27, 2006 received on June 28, 2006 in W
reference to Information on the Recreation Policy.
I have checked ALL current policies and Director’s Instruction and fined there is not
any information current to your request.
I do know that the 2 hour Recreation was due as a result of a Law suit by the SGT’s.
However, there is nothing currently in writing that indicates we were to comply with
the Court order at our level. t
This could have been a verbal direction from the Director.
