23 Plaintiff to tile his response to the defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment from
24 August 16, 2006 to October 16, 2006. This motion is supported by good cause and is not
25 made to cause undue delay.

1 The Defendant’s time to respond to the Motion to Dismiss should be enlarged for
2 several reasons. The Plaintiffs medical expert has been out of the country. He will be
3 returning next week but will need the additional time to prepare his declaration. In
4 addition, there are many issues that need to be researched and addressed in the response
5 to the Motion for Summary Judgment
