Hampton and Defendants, Dora Shriro, Conrad Luna and Barbara Shearer, hereby stipulate and jointly move for an order enlarging the time for the Plaintiff to file his response to the defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment from August 16, 2006 to October 16, 2006. This motion is supported by good cause and is not made to cause undue delay.

The Defendant's time to respond to the Motion to Dismiss should be enlarged for several reasons. The Plaintiff's medical expert has been out of the country. He will be returning next week but will need the additional time to prepare his declaration. In addition, there are many issues that need to be researched and addressed in the response to the Motion for Summary Judgment RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this ____ day of August, 2006.
