Pursuant to joint motion of the parties, and good cause appearing, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. This court's order dated October 2, 2007, granting plaintiff's motion at docket 112 for summary judgment against defendant Grant D. Seeger ("Seeger") is hereby VACATED; 2. Seeger shall have until December 7, 2007, to serve and file any memorandum in opposition to plaintiff's motion for summary judgment; and, 3. Plaintiff shall have until December 21, 2007, to serve and file any reply memorandum in support of its motion for summary judgment.
