The Commission and Seeger, through their undersigned counsel of record, hereby stipulate and agree that: 1. Any opposition papers of Grant D. Seeger to the Commission's Motion for Summary Judgment Against Grant D. Seeger shall be filed on or before September 10, 2007; and 2. Any reply of the Commission shall be filed on or before September 25, 2007.
