15 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
16 1. This Court’s October 2, 2007 Order granting plaintiffs motion at docket no.
17 112 for summary judgment against defendant Grant D. Seeger ("Seeger") is hereby vacated;
18 2. Seeger shall have until December 7, 2007 within which to serve and file any
19 memorandum in opposition to plaintiffs motion for summary judgment; and
20 3. Plaintiff shall have until December 21, 2007 within which to serve and file any
21 reply memorandum in support of its motion for summary judgment.
