IT IS ORDERED denying Defendants' oral Motion pursuant to Rule 50 for the reasons set forth on the record. The Court specifically finds there was a waiver of any statute of limitation argument not specifically raised in the Final Pretrial Order. IT IS ORDERED denying Plaintiff's oral Motion for Directed Verdict. 4:32 p.m. The jury is now present in the courtroom. Rudolph Crosswell testifies further.
