tiling fees within 21 days, and warned appellants that failure to pay the fees would
. result in the automatic dismissal of the appeal by the Clerk of the Court.
Appellants were warned that failure to respond the court’s order would result in the -

appellants have not complied with the court’s order. Accordingly, this appeal is l
