Bentley for defendants and Steve Bryant for defendant Dwight Lankford. 8:35 a.m. Jury trial - Day 2. Court reconvenes with counsel and jury present. Plaintiff's case continues. Frank Minton testifies further. The witness is excused. 10:07 a.m. Recess. 10:22 a.m. Reconvene with counsel and jury present. Rule of Exclusion of Witnesses is invoked by the defendant, with the exception of the following expert witnesses, who shall be allowed to remain in the courtroom: Vincent Micciche and Thomas Grzymala. Lawrence J. Warfield sworn and testifies. Exhibit 402 is admitted into evidence. 11:58 a.m. Lunch recess. 1:17 p.m. Reconvene with counsel and jury present. Lawrence J. Warfield testifies further.
