Under Local Rule 54.2(b), defendant State Farm Fire and Casualty Company respectfully moves the Court for an award of its reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in this matter under A.R.S. § 12-341.01(A). State Farm seeks the award of fees as the successful party under the judgment entered by the Court on April 18, 2006. State Farm seeks fees in the approximate amount of $48,000.00, an amount that it will specify in its memorandum in support. The memorandum will be timely filed after defense counsel has had a full opportunity to engage in personal consultation and good faith efforts to resolve all disputed issues relating to attorneys' fees with plaintiff's counsel.
