ig X Counsel for petitioner previously requested approval to hire law clerks to assist in
19 researching and drafting papers in this matter, and in response, the Court asked for
20 additional information.
21 4 We request approval to hire the law clerks at the rate of $25 per hour, anticipating
22 that they will each work 10 hours per week for 19 weeks (beginning September 51 and
23 through January 29, 2007, when Petitioner’s reply memorandum is due). This results in a
24 { request for approval of $9,500 ($25/hour x 10 hours x 19 weeks x 2 law clerks).
