Specifically, Petitioner requests the Court to authorize the appointment of law students to assist counsel and co-counsel in the research and preparation of his Merits Memorandum. Petitioner requests that law students be appointed at the rate of $25 per hour. However, Petitioner has not specifically indicated the number of authorized hours requested. Without a projection of the number of hours requested, the Court is without sufficient guidance from Petitioner in resolving this motion. Consequently, Petitioner must supplement his motion and provide the necessary guidance to the Court. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner supplement his application to bill for law clerk services with the number of authorized hours requested. Such supplement shall be filed by September 25, 2006. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court send a copy of this Order to
