On September 14, 2005, District Judge Wake ruled (#48) on Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. The time for filing pretrial motions and a joint pretrial statement has past, but for the provision that in the event a dispositive motion is pending, such deadlines are extended until 30 days after a ruling on such motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all pretrial motions, other than motions in limine, shall be filed by October 14, 2005. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall lodge a joint pretrial statement and proposed order, on or before October 14, 2005. Defendants are responsible for initiating

the drafting and submission of the proposed pretrial order in the form prescribed by the assigned trial judge.
